Gruppo Editoriale L’Espresso and ITEDI announced today that they are finalizing discussions regarding the signing of the definitive agreements contemplated by the memorandum of understanding on the integration of the two groups that was announced on March 2, 2016. The agreements are expected to be entered into by July 30, 2016.
