Milan, July 4 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between June 27 and July 1 it bought back 173,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.9458, for a total amount of € 163,624.00.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 126,240,637 own shares, equal to 15.8935% of its share capital.
