We offer a dynamic and continually evolving work environment, enabling people to develop and enhance their abilities.

CIR group companies are inspired by a common HR management policy based on the centrality of people, on the enhancement of human capital, on respect for diversity and on the promotion of equal opportunities.

The people who work in the CIR group belong to many different professional spheres. The employees of KOS – approximately 11,300 people in Italy, Germany, UK and India – are predominantly social-health workers, nurses, doctors and administrators. At the end of 2022, the workforce of the group consisted of around 16,700 employees, with 63% of women. The employees between the age of 30 and 50 were 35% and 87% based in Europe.

The group’s point of excellence is KOS Academy, the first academy in the panorama of private healthcare in Italy, dedicated for all professionals who work in the field of assistance to the fragile people. KOS Academy developed a remote training system (EasyLearning platform) which helps overcome many of the limitations caused by the territorial dispersion of social-health structures. The service offers medium-term training courses, developed together with the group’s Scientific Committee, which allow employees to improve their skills in ways that are compatible with their daily work commitments. KOS Academy aims to be a very appealing and distinctive factor for people who decide to work for KOS.
