The key objective pursued by CIR is the creation of value in the medium-long term for shareholders, and the strategies and operational management of each company in the group is oriented in this direction. This takes the form of continuous interaction with the financial community, based on dialogue and transparency.

The company capital of CIR S.p.A. amounted to € 420,000,000 and consists of 1,047,207,314 shares and voting rights are 1,562,914,015.
