Buyback

In 2021, CIR successfully concluded a Voluntary Partial Public Tender Offer on its own shares, investing €80.0 million.

Subsequently, a plan to purchase treasury shares on the market was started on 16 March 2022 and interrupted on 11 October 2024. The Plan was restarted on 17 March 2025.

On 20 December 2024, CIR successfully concluded a new Voluntary Partial Public Purchase Offer on treasury shares, for an investment of €80.0 million. For further information, please refer to the link below.
