The Committee for Transactions with Related Parties, instituted by the Board of Directors, is composed of three independent directors and endowed with functions of consultation, proposal and monitoring.

The Committee for Transactions with Related Parties has functions of consultation, proposal and monitoring and supports the Board of Directors as far as transactions with related parties are concerned.
CIR has furnished itself with a specific procedure for operations with related parties to establish the principles of behavior that the company is required to adopt in order to guarantee the correct management and conduct of these operations.
In the context of this procedure, the Committee for Transactions with Related Parties has a fundamental role.
