Auditing firms

The Auditing firm is the external body, nominated by the Shareholders Meeting, which is entrusted with the legal auditing of accounts.

Prior to the merger, the Shareholder Meetings of CIR and COFIDE, which took place in April of 2016, gave KPMG the power to audit the financial statements and consolidated balance sheet, as well as the activities for the verification of the correct maintenance of company accounts, for the years 2017 to 2025. The KPMG partner with responsibility for the audit of CIR accounts is Mr. Giovanni Rebay.

The 2019 fees for KPMG’s auditing activities for CIR totaled € 179,000.
