Milan, June 27 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between June 20 and 24 it bought back 396,100 own shares at an average price of € 0.9749, for a total amount of € 386,145.07.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 126,067,637 own shares, equal to 15.8717% of its share capital.
