Milan, May 4 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015 and April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 29 and May 4 it bought back 564,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0871, for a total amount of € 613,100.30.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 123,263,393 own shares, equal to 15.5186% of its share capital.
