Milan, May 2 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 25 and 28 it bought back 470,833 own shares at an average price of € 1.0323, for a total amount of € 486,023.53. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 122,699,393 own shares, equal to 15.4476% of its share capital.
