Milan, May 9 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between May 5 and 6 it bought back 277,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0953, for a total amount of € 303,392.00. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 123,540,393 own shares, equal to 15.5535% of its share capital.
