Milan, May 11 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between May 4 and 8 2015 it bought back 917,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0467, for a total amount of € 959,844.50.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 73,933,979 own shares, equal to 9.308% of its share capital.
