Milan, May 4 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 27 and 30 2015 it bought back 824,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0825, for a total amount of € 892,007.40. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 73,016,979 own shares, equal to 9.193% of its share capital.
