Milan, May 12 2015 – CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that on May 5 2015 it assigned free of charge 66,522 own shares (equal to 0.008% of its share capital) to those with entitlement, following exercise of an equal number of units under Stock Grant plan 2012.
After this assignment, CIR S.p.A. now owns a total of 73,867,457 own shares equal to 9.300% of its share capital.
