Milan, April 24 2014 – CIR S.p.A. announces that it has bought back a nominal € 48.8 million of its bond (CIR S.p.A. 2004/2024, issued by the company on 16/12/2004 – ISIN XS0207766170, the “Bonds”). Following this buyback, the nominal value of the Bonds not held by CIR is € 210.1 million.
Regarding the possible early repayment of the Bonds following the event of default announced on January 3 2014, to date the company has received no communication from the Trustee.
