Milan, August 12 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between August 8 and 12 it bought back 108,031 own shares at an average price of € 0.9890, for a total amount of € 106,842.90.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 126,882,866 own shares, equal to 15.9743% of its share capital.
