Milan, August 22 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between August 16 and 19 it bought back 32,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.9815, for a total amount of € 31,406.55.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 126,914,866 own shares, equal to 15.9784% of its share capital.
