Milan, August 8 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between August 1 and 5 it bought back 129,982 own shares at an average price of € 0.9650, for a total amount of € 125,429.77.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 126,774,835 own shares, equal to 15.9607% of its share capital.
