Milan, February 6 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 30 and February 3 it bought back 89,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0735, for a total amount of € 95,544.60. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 129,185,251 own shares, equal to 16.2642% of its share capital.
