Milan, February 13 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 6 and 10 it bought back 78,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0766, for a total amount of € 83,973.80. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 129,263,251 own shares, equal to 16.2740% of its share capital.
