Milan, January 30 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 23 and 27 it bought back 133,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0814, for a total amount of € 143,831.80. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 129,096,251 own shares, equal to 16.2530% of its share capital.
