Milan, April 7 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on June 30 2014 and according to the notice published on October 27, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between March 30 2015 and April 2 2015 it bought back 768,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0875, for a total amount of € 835,231.40.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 69,713,658 own shares, equal to 8.7768% of its share capital.
