– In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on June 30 2014 and according to the notice published on October 27, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 7 and 10 2015 it bought back 756,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.1102, for a total amount of € 839,325.60.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 70,469,658 own shares, equal to 8.872% of its share capital.
