Milan, December 23 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 19 and 23 it bought back 139,489 own shares at an average price of € 1.0044, for a total amount of € 140,105.90.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 128,534,677 own shares, equal to 16.1823% of its share capital.
