Milan, January 2 2017 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 27 and 30 2016 it bought back 71,925 own shares at an average price of € 1.0152, for a total amount of € 73,017.77.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 128,606,602 own shares, equal to 16.1913% of its share capital.
