Milan, February 15 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 8 and 12 it bought back 753,605 own shares at an average price of € 0.7966, for a total amount of € 600,320.55. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 113,940,535 own shares, equal to 14.3449% of its share capital.
