Milan, February 8 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 1 and 5 it bought back 966,410 own shares at an average price of € 0.8599, for a total amount of € 831,018.64.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 113,186,930 own shares, equal to 14.2500% of its share capital.
