Milan, February 22 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 15 and 19 it bought back 633,937 own shares at an average price of € 0.8243, for a total amount of € 522,565.10. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 114,574,472 own shares, equal to 14.4247% of its share capital.
