Milan, April 11 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 4 and 8 it bought back 950,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0117, for a total amount of € 961,098.10. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 120,412,060 own shares, equal to 15.1597% of its share capital.
