Milan, April 18 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 11 and 15 it bought back 943,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0304, for a total amount of € 971,693.00. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 121,355,060 own shares, equal to 15.2784% of its share capital.
