Milan, November 2 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between October 26 and 30 2015 it bought back 1,122,364 own shares at an average price of € 0.9985, for a total amount of € 1,120,681.96. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 100,695,890 own shares, equal to 12.6774% of its share capital.
