Milan, November 9 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 2 and 6 it bought back 1,179,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0491, for a total amount of € 1,236,861.70. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 101,818,963 own shares, equal to 12.8188% of its share capital.
