Milan, February 29 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between February 22 and 26 it bought back 575,293 own shares at an average price of € 0.8612, for a total amount of € 495,453.15.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 115,149,765 own shares, equal to 14.4972% of its share capital.
