Milan, November 16 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between November 9 and 13 it bought back 1,184,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0451, for a total amount of € 1,237,438.90. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 103,002,963 own shares, equal to 12.9679% of its share capital.
