Milan, September 14 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between September 7 and 11 2015 it bought back 988,891 own shares at an average price of € 0.8662, for a total amount of € 856,624.03. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 93,188,632 own shares, equal to 11.7323% of its share capital.
