Milan, September 7 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between August 31 and September 4 2015 it bought back 1,266,236 own shares at an average price of € 0.8223, for a total amount of € 1,041,289.04. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 92,199,741 own shares, equal to 11.6078% of its share capital.
