Milan, September 12 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between September 5 and 9 it bought back 192,838 own shares at an average price of € 0.9309, for a total amount of € 179,510.17. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 127,257,840 own shares, equal to 16.0215% of its share capital.
