Milan, September 19 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between September 12 and 16 it bought back 106,120 own shares at an average price of € 0.9453, for a total amount of € 100,313.34.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 127,363,960 own shares, equal to 16.0349% of its share capital.
