Milan, September 5 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between August 29 and September 2 it bought back 72,868 own shares at an average price of € 0.9399, for a total amount of € 68,489.09. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 127,065,002 own shares, equal to 15.9973% of its share capital.
