Milan, August 3 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between July 27 and 31 2015 it bought back 999,665 own shares at an average price of € 0.9813, for a total amount of € 980,956.19.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 86,960,025 own shares, equal to 10.9481% of its share capital.
