Milan, July 27 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between July 20 and 24 2015 it bought back 973,042 own shares at an average price of € 0.9785, for a total amount of € 952,159.32.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 85,960,360 own shares, equal to 10.8223% of its share capital.
