Milan, April 9 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between April 3 and 6 it bought back 204,779 own shares at an average price of € 1.0706, for a total amount of € 219,239.79.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 141,196,007 own shares, equal to 17.7763% of its share capital.
