Milan, March 30 2018 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 28 2017, CIR – Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between March 26 and 29 it bought back 147,424 own shares at an average price of € 1.0876, for a total amount of € 160,338.77.
CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 140,991,228 own shares, equal to 17.7505% of its share capital.
