Milan, January 4 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 28 and 30 it bought back 474,900 own shares at an average price of € 0.9634, for a total amount of € 457,498.59. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 108,593,838 own shares, equal to 13.6718% of its share capital.
