Milan, December 28 2015 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between December 21 and 23 it bought back 515,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.9365, for a total amount of € 482,272.50. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 108,118,938 own shares, equal to 13.6120% of its share capital.
