Milan, January 11 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between January 4 and 8 it bought back 946,445 own shares at an average price of € 0.9501, for a total amount of € 899,200.23. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 109,540,283 own shares, equal to 13.7909% of its share capital.
