Milan, March 25 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between March 21 and 24 it bought back 863,055 own shares at an average price of € 1.0349, for a total amount of € 893,136.40. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 118,618,060 own shares, equal to 14.9338% of its share capital.
