Milan, April 4 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between March 29 and April 1st it bought back 844,000 own shares at an average price of € 1.0380, for a total amount of € 876,075.00. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 119,462,060 own shares, equal to 15.0401% of its share capital.
