Milan, March 21 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 27 2015, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between March 14 and 18 it bought back 798,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.9478, for a total amount of € 756,312.70. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 117,765,870 own shares, equal to 14.8265% of its share capital.
