Milan, June 20 2016 – In compliance with the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting and according to the notice published on April 29 2016, CIR–Compagnie Industriali Riunite S.p.A. announces that between June 13 and 17 it bought back 482,000 own shares at an average price of € 0.9525, for a total amount of € 459,087.80. CIR S.p.A. now holds a total of 125,671,537 own shares, equal to 15.8218% of its share capital.
